We are currently seeking a hands on IT Manager who is flexible, versatile and willing to get involved in wide variety of duties within a medium sized organisation. This role will appeal to a candidate who is pro-active, enjoys a challenge and thrives working within a fast-paced environment, where they can really become an integral to the success of the business.
The company have a third party supporting the network infrastructure but are in a position where they need hands on technical expertise on site. One of the other aspects of this role will be to maintain a safe and secure premises, by taking responsibility for the site security.
Responsibilities will include managing and maintaining projects, configuring new devices and printers, updating software, monitoring users. Preparing reports for management by manipulating data. Examples of current projects include implementation of Office 365, EDI from our ERP system, new mobile data and telephone contract, transforming a Hyber V server to host cloud services.
