We have an exciting new position for a PMO Analyst for a leading company based in Harlow. This is a permanent role working in a brand-new team you will be the primary contact point for the Change Management processes and documentation, assist in the successful delivery of projects and compile reporting to enable effective and efficient project monitoring.
Ideally you will have come from a similar background and have some experience working within a PMO/Change Management along with project management qualifications or experience. You will need a high-level expertise with MS Excel and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Being the primary contact point for PMO/Change Management processes you will:
- Gather and provide feedback on the processes, suggesting enhancements to the Change Management Team Manager.
- Train, guide and assist Project Owners and Project Managers in the Change Management processes and documentation.
- Ensure all required project documentation is completed and report any exceptions.
- Consolidate all project documentation including updates and implementations plans.
- Collate and review all stage and gate project documentation, providing feedback to Project Owners and Managers.
- Maintain the central consolidated project tracker.
- Review project statuses, documentation, implementation plans, resource requirements and project risks and highlight areas of concern.
- Compile bi-weekly Executive Committee reporting pack.
- Monitor resourcing requirements across all projects and advise of any over-resourcing as needed.
- Meet and discuss upcoming actions and milestones with Project Managers.
- Issue Change Management Team communications as needed: i.e. change of process, reminders etc.
- Collate, review and assess the impact of any change requests.
Ideally we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. In light of current environment, the role could initially be home based.
