We are currently working with a very well-established organisation who are currently recruiting for an Internal Administrator to join their friendly offices in Hatfield.
This dynamic and progressive company are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and customer centric individual to join their friendly team. You will be administering all aspects of project registration, processing discounts and act as the first point of contact for all internal system enquiries. You will be tracking projects on to the database and feed all project intel to the Sales team and other relevant departments.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. My client can offer you a very competitive salary which will be dependent on level of experience. You will also be entitled to a bonus which is paid out quarterly. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:

Duties will include:
- Develop close working relationships both internally and externally
- Responsible for project registration on internal systems
- Manage special pricing and deals
- Administer all aspects of discount scheme, from application to review and maintain accurate records
- Act as the first point of contact on all system enquiries
- Liaise with internal and external departments
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous Customer Service experience necessary
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Competent user of Microsoft packages and good general IT literacy
- Self-motivated, driven, methodical and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
