Mosaic Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic company in Ware who are looking for a confident and experienced individual to join their friendly offices as IT Support.
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to join an established organisation. You will work within a sociable team to provide IT, phone and printer support to a successful business. The successful candidate will be patient and understanding by nature, whilst having the confidence to communicate with colleagues of all IT capabilities via phone and email.
Joining a fast-paced and busy team, you will work 37.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday, you will be entitled to the following benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Willing to pick up the phone and deal with all kinds of technical queries
- Complete PC builds and repairs
- Assist with office moves and changes
- Provide support with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Provide remote and office based email support
- Set-up meeting rooms in preparation
- Provide network support such as; network cabling, firewall configuration, server administration and basic telephone switch changes
- Support Microsoft Office Macros
- Test and debug new web applications
- Troubleshoot Access database with VBA
- Complete all departmental administrative work and support other members of the team
Key Skills and Competencies- IT experience or relevant IT qualifications
- Keen interest and passion to work within an IT role
- Must be confident in your approach and able to talk to colleagues, either in the office or externally, on the phone and via email – you must also be willing to learn and understand the quirks of our business as well as providing generic IT support.
- You must be patient by nature as you may be dealing with colleagues who are not as technically minded.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. You must be willing and able to speak to anyone and everyone and help with whatever weird and wonderful query you may receive
- Passionate about teamwork and providing support to other departments
- Attention for detail, ability to listen and extract relevant information
