Mosaic Recruitment are working with an established and highly reputable local estate agency who require a motivated and well-presented individual to join their sales team.
The successful candidate will have previous estate agency sales experience and will be confident, pro-active with have the ability to work on your own initiative.
You will be required to work 5 days per week, including Saturdays.
Duties include:
Initial registration of all applicants and vendors
Ensure systems are up to date
Face to face, phone and email queries
Book and attend viewing appointments
Negotiate and close deals- this is then passed onto the sales progressor
Maintain and build long lasting relationships
Generate new business
Give exceptional service at every opportunity
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales (property)
Knowledge of the local area is highly desirable
Hold a clean driving license
Proven track record in generating new business and negotiating deals
The ability to work in a fast paced environment but continually deliver a premium first class service.
Able to work under pressure whilst remaining organised and focused
