We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who has a background within the IT industry who can not only provide an excellent service to existing clients but identify new opportunities and maximise sales.
The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated, confident and have the ability to develop and maintain successful working relationship with existing and potential clients.
The role:
- To develop and maintain long-term relationships and to ensure that we continue to deliver excellent service to our clients
- Day to day contact for all managed client accounts
- Identifying new sales opportunities with existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet service level agreements and project delivery deadlines
- Proactively managing and resolving clients queries or concerns as and when required
- Working to internal procedures and processes, ensuring client information is kept up to date and relevant
- Raising sales proposals and quotes
You will be:
- Experienced in IT or Managed Services Sales
- Self-motivated and confident in your ability to close sales
- Able to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships at all levels
- Focused on developing your career, and growing with our company
- Competent with up/cross selling a full range of products and services
- Able to communicate and present to an exceptional level
- Outgoing, likeable and confident in your own personality, with high energy levels
- Able to work on own initiative with a proactive nature
- Fluent in English (additional language skills would also be an advantage)
- Willing to travel
