We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a very well-established organisation as a Heating, Ventilaiton and Air Conditioning Product Trainer. This exciting and dynamic client is looking for an experienced Trainer to further develop and grow the business and its people. This is a field based role so travel is required – you will predominantly be based in the Midlands and South West of England.
The successful candidate will design and facilitate technical training programmes to both customers and colleagues on full product range. You will be patient, passionate and confident in your ability to build trust and rapport with staff.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be eligible for the following benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
- To produce and update courses in line with continuous improvement and to make sure material is always of the highest standard in both its content and presentation
- To work closely with the Field Service Engineers and the Technical Helpdesk Team to ensure that the training courses on offer are current and relevant
- Liaise effectively with the Training Coordinator so as to ensure that all training requests are correctly scheduled and appropriate for the department and business
- Ensure each training facility is appropriately equipped with relevant products and training materials
- Liaise with Regional Managers regarding showroom equipment and training course offering
- Ensure each training facility meets all current safety and good working practice standards
- Professionally deliver all courses to the highest customer service standards, tailoring as necessary to ensure customer understanding
- Request customer feedback on all course offerings and act upon any constructive ideas
- Communicate industry and market legislation awareness to support the sales strategy of the business
Previous Experience and Competencies:
- NVQ / City and Guilds qualification in a relevant field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- IT literate and competent user of all Microsoft packages
- A technical background is a must to ensure ability to deliver training
- Previous experience of training facilitation and design experience is a plus
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, reliable, personable and resourceful
- Full clean UK driving licence – regular travel required for training purposes
