We are currently working with a very well-established organisation who are currently recruiting for a Project Support Coordinator to join their friendly offices in Hatfield.
This dynamic and progressive company are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and customer centric individual to join their Central Hub. You will be overseeing all aspects of project registration, corporate deals and pricing for the division and third parties. You will be tracking projects on to the database and feed all project intel to the Sales team and other relevant departments.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. My client can offer you a competitive salary which will be dependent on level of experience. You will also be entitled to a bonus which is paid out quarterly. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:

Duties will include:
- Develop close working relationships with both internal & external parties
- Responsible for all project registrations
- Control special pricing for current projects as well as make ammendments for corporate deals
- Ensure all administration is carried out and the system is continously updated
- Administer all aspects of the scheme, from application to review - ensuring you maintain accurate records
- Be the first point of contact for all system enquiries
- Administer all third party claims and reports
- Maintain reputation of the department and ensure all enquiries are dealt with professionally and within agreed timescales
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous Customer Service experience necessary
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Competent user of Microsoft packages and good general IT literacy
- Self-motivated, driven, methodical and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
