Mosaic Recruitment are currently looking for a highly organised, efficient Administrator to join a local professional organisation. This is a fixed-term, full-time position until April 2020.
You will be providing administrative and general support to a dedicated team to coordinate activities with the purpose of retaining existing customers through delivering a high standard of customer service. This role requires the ability to multi-task and support a number of teams, ensuring that all deadlines are met within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming, new customer registrations and complete all surrounding administrative duties
- Ensure the customer database is well maintained and regularly updated
- Provide customer care support via phone, social media or email
- Process and chase payments when required
- Perform stocktakes and ordering or resources
- Provide administrative support to all teams across the departments, completing any adhoc duties required
- Proactively liaise with key stakeholders about a variety of issues
- Organise and prepare documents
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- A clear communicator, both verbal and written
- Able to establish and maintain good working relationships
- IT literate and a competent user of Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable level of performing a high standard of customer service
