Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our established manufacturing client based in Harlow.

You will be the first point of contact to customers for any technical queries and will be required to assist or escalate when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Dealing with customer queries
• First point of contact for technical enquiries
• Troubleshoot or escalate where necessary
• Gathering of all relevant information relating to call before transferring to correct person
• Dealing with customer requests regarding additional paperwork /copy invoices etc.
• Liaise with and support Technicians
• Keeping internal databased updated
• Issue invoices
• Meet targets and KPIs

This position is based in Harlow and the working hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
