I am pleased to be working alongside our successful and top performing client in their search for an experienced and assertive HR Adviser who is ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about delivering a first class HR service.
The successful candidate will be confident and have the ability to liaise effectively at all levels of management.
CIPD qualifications are preferred but relevant HR experience will also be considered.

There will be occasional travel involved to other sites as required. You will need access to your own transport and have a full driving licence.
The working hours are 8:30am – 4:30pm, 41 weeks per year.
Key duties of the HR Adviser;
- To be responsible for providing pro-active, comprehensive, high quality, operational HR support and advice to a designated ACEO and their staff within their area, ensuring that Senior Leaders and key service users are provided with advice and guidance on the implementation of key HR processes and procedures.
- To be responsible for ensuring compliance, in terms of HR policies and procedures and other relevant legislation and monitor developments in HR.
- To ensure accurate and timely data is produced, analysed and monitored, ensuring efficient processing of employment matters and support the Central HR Team in the collation of regular staffing reports
- Work in partnership with central staff and ACEO to support the organisation as an excellent place to work, able to attract, recruit and retain the best staff with the right skills management.
- Maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
