Working within the HR Department you will need to support the administrative function by being efficient, organised and have a good understanding of HR processes and procedures. You will be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment so experience in a similar role is essential.
Key responsibilities for the HR Administrator;
- Recruitment & onboarding administration (including authorisation processes, offer letters & contracts, reference requests, right to work checks, announcements, probation reviews, induction materials)
- Payroll administration (including new starters, leavers, changes, queries & reports)
- Ensure the new HR database (SAP EC Success Factors) for the UK is effectively implemented and utilised optimally; ensure data is accurate; ensure all data usage complies with business data security policies
- Provide administrative support for effective and efficient management of employee relations cases (including absence, discipline, grievance and performance management cases) and links with external legal advice and occupational health partners
- Administrative support for compensation and benefits processes and projects for the UK (including pay reviews, annual bonus scheme, pensions and health care benefits, other employee benefits).
- Administrative support for annual performance management processes (including communication, training and tracking of annual appraisal process)
- Assist with the production effective and engaging communications materials (including announcements, articles, policies and guides)
- Ensure accomplishment of all business activities in area of responsibility in line with relevant SHE regulations to achieve excellence in SHE compliance
- Maintain high standards of organisation and professionalism in the HR working environment and virtual / physical filing areas and systems
- Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate team working and flexibility
