I am pleased to be working with a leading Multi Academy Trust in their search for an experienced HR Advisor.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background within HR and ideally have experience within the Education sector.
This is a very exciting opportunity to play a key role within the HR function.
As a HR Advisor you’ll be involved in all aspects of employee relations, change management, administration and projects. You will also be required to manage the HR office in the absence of the HR Business Partner and be responsible for streamlining internal processes, so to be successful in this role you’ll need to have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills, have the ability to absorb and retain information quickly and have a keen eye for detail.
CIPD qualified or with equivalent proven prior experience in a generalist HR role you will be confident working with internal stakeholders at all levels and you will have the ability to prioritise your workload. You will be an enthusiastic, innovative, personable and driven individual, who works well in a team and also on their own initiative.

You will be required to travel to sites in Hertfordshire and London so access to your own transport will be essential.
