We are currently working with a fantastic and growing organisation in Hatfield who are looking for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join their sociable team, although the role can offer so much more for the right candidate.
This position will suit an enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a positive disposition who wants to join a supportive team. You will be intuitive, hungry to learn and not afraid to ask questions.
You will work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm. You will also be entitled to 20 days holiday + bank holidays. Additional benefits include:

Responsibilities:
- Process UK and International purchase orders, deliveries, shipments and invoices on behalf of our customers via Excel
- Complete all administration surrounding the supply chain process
- Maintain small warehouse and manage stock levels and stock takes
- Liaising with customers and suppliers globally via telephone and email
- Liaising with shipping agents to get competitive prices for freight and overseas deliveries
- Liaising with other, global warehouses to ensure that optimum stock levels are maintained all locations
- Assist in other areas of the business where required
Key Skills and Competencies:
- A graduate with previous office or supply chain experience
- A hands-on, flexible approach with a willingness to go above and beyond if required
- Work well under pressure and show resourcefulness
- A team-player who understands the importance of supporting others but also shows initiative to work well independently
- Must be computer literate with an intermediate understanding of Excel
- Must possess excellent multi-tasking skills
- An analytical thinker who is organised
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Productive and proactive!
- Possess ambitious and keen to progress and take on more responsibility
