Mosaic Recruitment are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Administrator/Sales Order Processor.

The successful candidate will have some office administration experience, ideally with sales order processing within a B2B environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer and business enquiries
• Provide quotations
• Sales order processing
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure full details are provided with each order
• Manage the orders to ensure they are on track and on time
• Arrange deliveries
• Performing data entry and updating spreadsheets
• Scanning and saving inbound and outbound documentation
• Assisting the sales team and account managers where appropriate
• Updating and maintaining sales files
• Assisting with accounts administration when necessary

Skills:

• Previous office experience necessary ideally with order processing/B2B
• Excellent telephone manner

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Can-do approach with the willingness to work as part of team
• Possesses accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative from time to time
