Our client in Harlow are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor for a two week period, starting on Thursday 23rd May.
You will need to have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner and be IT proficient as you will be updating the internal CRM system.
The purpose of the role is to contact clients that have made enquiries to acknowledge their application and keep them updated on any progress.
This role is a full time position and the working hours are 8:45am - 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.
