We are currently working with a fantastic and innovative company who are looking for an Administrator to join their lovely office in Hertford.
We are looking for an organised and outgoing individual who is a great communicator and multi-tasker to enjoy our fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide support to a busy Account Management team and liaise with a number of different departments, clients and suppliers. You will be professional, confident and a team player who is keen to develop.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day to day running of the department
- General administration for the department and providing support to the Account Managers
- Create quotes, proposals, presentations, draft contracts
- Process orders on the systems
- Prepare client reports and schedules
- Organise and confirm post and courier bookings
- Help to prepare client-facing documents
- Maintain client database
- Act as the first point of telephone contact for the company
- Support managing the on-going development and day-to-day running of existing accounts
- Deal with client communication in a prompt and efficient manner
- Support managing our projects
- Assist in scheduling and managing our delivery schedule
- Assist in making bookings and updating databases for our engineering department
- Ensure press releases and campaigns are uploaded to our website and distributed
- Assisting the team with travel planning, booking flights and hotels
- Assisting the team with office management such as stationary, printers, consumables stock
- Liaise with various internal departments
Skills and Competencies
- You will be a ‘people person’ and great communicator.
- You are agile – able to juggle many balls and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis whilst remaining unflappable, approachable and calm under pressure
- Solid administration skills which can be utilised in a new environment
- Alongside your exceptional administration skills, your professional and motivated approach to work means that you relish pressure and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- A diligent and conscientious approach to your work
- Comfortable with computer based technology
- Excellent time management.
