We are currently recruiting for a rapidly expanding business who are seeking an Order Processor to join their friendly offices in Harlow, Essex.
Due to on-going success, this well-established company are looking for an Order Processor to join their busy Sales team.
Our client are well-established in their field with an excellent reputation. They pride themselves on their close-knit and supportive working environment and really look after their staff.
You will work Monday – Thursday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm and 9:00am – 5:00pm on a Friday. Our client is offering a salary of £18,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of Logistics Administrator
- Assist the Transport Manager with all administrative duties
- Raise and send purchase orders
- Liaise with other departments to acquire quotes to send to clients
- Complete monthly stationery orders for the entire branch
- Assist with purchasing of other products required for the warehouse
- Ensure system is regularly updated and well maintained
- Complete daily reporting outlining warehouse daily duties to send to Management
- Assist with the coordination and communication surrounding all UK deliveries
- Act as one of the first points of contact for customers with regards to their deliveries
- Provide updates on status of deliveries
- Handle complaints and queries surrounding deliveries
- Process and complete all necessary documents required
- Provide support to the on-site Health and Safety function
- Ensure good communication with other departments to ensure successful delivery service
Key Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in a similar administration role within a busy company
- Eagerness to learn and confidence to ask questions if needed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sociable character who is confident in speaking to various departments within the business
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of Sage or inspHire would be advantageous but not essential
- A strong team-player who can work on own initiative
