We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well established and dynamic organisation based in Croydon.
You will work in a hybrid position supporting both the customer service and administration teams in ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service possible. You will report to the Team Leaders and work closely with various departments throughout the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Delivering outstanding customer care by successfully responding to queries, responding to emails and showing your passion and dedication along the way
- Diligently processing customers purchase orders
- Building a rapport with suppliers and couriers when raising investigations and claims
- Liaising with the technical department to help customers identify a part they require
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding stock queries
- Arranging for replacement goods to be sent to customers
- Assisting the returns department with booking collections and returns queries
- Being proactive and advising customers of any courier delays
Person Specification:
- You will have at least 2 years experience in an office-based position
- You will have experience with handling complaints
- You will possess strong IT skills
- You will have great verbal and written communication skills
- You will have strong organisation skills
- You will be enthusiastic and motivated in everything you do
- You will be a team player and have a desire to make a difference, in your development and within the business
- You will have the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
