We are currently working with a very well-established organisation who are currently recruiting for a Project Tracking Coordinator to join their friendly offices in Hatfield.
This dynamic and progressive company are looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and customer centric individual to join their Central Hub. You will be overseeing all aspects of project registration, corporate deals and pricing for the division and third parties. You will be tracking projects on to the database and feed all project intel to the Sales team and other relevant departments.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm. My client can offer you a very competitive salary which will be dependent on level of experience. You will also be entitled to a bonus which is paid out quarterly. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:

Duties will include:
- Develop close working relationships both internally & externally
- Responsible for all project registrations
- Control Special Pricing and Corporate Deals
- Administer Third Party Claims
- Identifying the tendering parties involved in projects and keeping the Sales Force up to date.
- Administer all aspects of Trade Plus scheme, from application to review - maintaining accurate records. Manage Trade Plus discounts
- Be the first point of contact for all system enquiries
- Administer all Third Party claims and reports
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous Customer Service experience necessary
- Good attention to detail is a must
- Competent user of Microsoft packages and good general IT literacy
- Self-motivated, driven, methodical and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Organised with good time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
