Mosaic Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our client based in Harlow.

You will be responsible for your own key accounts as well as dealing with other customers sales order administration. You will continually give exceptional customer service and deal with any issues that may arise.  

You will work closely with area sales managers as well as other internal departments to ensure smooth transactions for your customers and sales growth and will also assist other account managers when needed.

Duties:

• Handle enquiries on the phone and via email promptly, courteously and with excellent customer service.
• Processing sales orders
• Confident reading architectural plans/drawings
• Proactively contacting customers to assist the sales manager generate new business
• Maintaining the CRM system
• Working towards and reporting on KPIs and sales targets
• Managing individual orders and larger projects from start to finish
• Take responsibility for successful delivery of orders to customers
• Managing complaints and customer service issues
• Troubleshoot technical and on-site issues via email and over the phone
• Checking of orders, both your own and others
• Working together with Scheduling, Procurement and Production to achieve successful delivery of orders
• Quoting/Estimating
• Manage email accounts
• Liaise with fitters on site, end users, clients, architects, contractors and logistics providers
• Visit customers or sites to attend meetings
• Lead generation and qualification to support the sales managers in business development activities, this may include outbound calls
• You may also be required to support other functions within the business as required due to absences

The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, experience in sales order processing (ideally with bespoke items) and be technically minded.
