We are currently looking for an immediately available Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis based in Hatfield. You will need to be available for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Key Duties:
Application processing in relation to a new launch within the organisation
Checking documentation is correct and liaising with the aftersales team to gain necessary approvals
Once approval is accepted, process documents on relevant systems
Support the CRM, ensuring all information is cross-referenced and accurate
Contacting customers to verify accuracy of system details
Liaising with relevant contacts to ensure terms and conditions are GDPR compliant
This will cover information online on internal systems as well as forms
