We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a fantastic organisation based in Reigate, Surrey.
My client is looking for an ambitious, natural leader who has proven Operations / Customer Service experience to join and manage their busy department. They can offer you a competitive salary dependent on experience plus eligibility to join their commission scheme.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be entitled to the following benefits:- Free parking on site

Responsibilities of the Operations Manager:
The main purpose of this position is to provide management and leadership of the pre and post-sales within the Reigate office. In this role, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and Sales Manager to support the complete sales function, whilst providing unfaltering levels of customer service and support to our clients.
- Continuously strive towards providing excelling customer service and work to streamline internal processes where appropriate in line with our business vision and goals
- Ensure invoicing figures according to targets are met for the branch
- Continuously motivate and encourage your team and provide performance management
- Deliver and monitor KPI’s set for members of staff
- Coach and mentor your team and identify areas of development
- Provide overall liaison, collaboration and good working relationships with other departments and areas of the business
- Driver operations efficiencies including stock management and deliveries
- Ensure the team are adhering to operations processes at all times
- Maintain a safe working environment for all members of your department
Previous Experience and Competencies of the Operations Manager:
- Management and leadership skills and experience is essential
- Ability to lead and develop a team to the best of its ability
- Customer service experience is essential
- Continuous improvement mind-set essential
- Excellent time-management, multi-tasking skills as well as ability to meet deadlines set
- IT literate and competent user of Microsoft packages
- Personal attributes: proactive nature, professional, self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable, honest and loyal
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
