Mosaic Recruitment are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic, progressive and expanding family run business, who are a leader in their field.
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for handling all incoming enquiries, liaise with internal and external staff to ensure a smooth service as well as other adhoc administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, be IT literate and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
This position is based in Harlow and the working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5pm. The salary for the position will be between £20,000-£23,000 dependent on experience.
Duties:
- Handle enquiries about products
- Provide quotations by phone and email
- Check and process sales orders received by phone, email and fax
- Process orders for bespoke orders
- Ordering of products from supplier
- Liaise with showroom to ensure full details are provided with each order
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure orders progress accurately and promptly
- Data entry – Sage Accounts
- Print notes, components lists, labels & collate
- Monitoring email accounts
- Give advice about Fitting Service and Service Calls
- Take bookings, raise and process orders
- Update and manage fitter’s diary
- Liaise with end customer, showroom, sales executive and fitters
- Arrange deliveries to site, showroom and fitters
- Update and maintain sales files
- Assist with accounts administration when necessary
The successful candidate will be courteous, prompt and have an excellent telephone manner.
You will have a can-do attitude, high accuracy and attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
