We are currently working with a highly reputable organisation in Harlow who are looking for a Project Coordinator to join them on a temporary, ongoing basis.
The Project Coordinator will help manage all aspects of an upcoming project and ensure deadlines are met. You will be responsible for ensuring that the products delivered are of the highest quality and done so within agreed timescales. You will assist with the development of the detailed project plans to deliver milestones, provide detailed information and time estimations to ensure effective communication of delivery deadlines as well as ensuring internal processes and documentation are reviewed and updated regularly.
Our client is looking for a confident and resilient self-starter who has previous project management experience. You will have the ability to think critically and have natural problem solving skills.Salary dependent on experience.
Hours: Monday – Friday (Travel may be required from time to time)Responsibilities:
- Oversee products being delivered to clients and ensure they are done so within agreed timeframes
- Answering design/manufacturing queries and manage any incoming enquiries via telephone and email
- Liaise with client and ensure regular contact to provide them with order and delivery updates
- Provide support to on-site colleague
- Issue invoices whilst working alongside the Accounts Dept.
- Liaise with Warehouse to ensure sufficient stock available and/or resolve product queries
- Maintain the project database by filing, recording and reporting to ensure all documents are up to date
- Undertake any administrative tasks required for the project
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Project Management experience essential
- PRINCE2 qualified or experience highly desirable
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to build relationships with colleagues and external partners
