We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation in Hatfield as a Marketing Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract.
My client is looking for a committed, outgoing and driven individual to join their busy department with previous customer service experience essential. This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain some invaluable experience within a Marketing division. Our client can offer you a competitive salary dependent on your level of experience and you will be eligible for company bonus scheme.
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be eligible for the following benefits:

Main Purpose of the Role:
Working within the Marketing and Communications Dept. team to build relationships with customers by providing first class administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries to the department – owning and resolving queries that arise daily via telephone and email
- Provide unfaltering administrative support to all department activities
- Maintain a close working relationship with all customers
- Monitor and action all incoming marketing communications
- Process new applications and upgrades
- Manage promotional goods orders and provide order updates to customers
- Process claims and credits
- Maintain the database and ensure it is regularly updated
- Build and maintain relationships with other departments
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Previous customer service experience is essential for this role
- Must be IT literate and a competent user of Microsoft packages
- Personal attributes should include: positivity, resilience, personable nature and calm when under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time, multi-task and meet deadlines set
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work affectively both individually and as part of a team
