I have an urgent temporary assignment for a Contract and Project Coordinator for our client who are based in Harlow.
This role is likely to last for approximately two months and will be reviewed in the New Year.
The core working hours will be between 10:45am – 7:45pm, Monday to Friday but you may also be required to cover the 8:30am – 5:30pm and 7am – 4pm shifts.
This role is to start immediately, ideally Monday 3rd December.
The successful candidate will need to be very hardworking, reliable and have a background in a similar role. You must have a valid driving licence as you will be required to drive the company vehicles.

Contract Management
- Co-ordinate the departments tendering process and prepare comparison documents to be reviewed by the Facilities Manager.
- Manage the service delivery of all of the department’s contracts ensuring that the KPI’s and SLA’s are being met.
- Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure that the service delivery meets financial targets and operates within the agreed budget, and make sure the company continues to receive a best value for money service.
- Develop effective client and partner relationships in order to ensure that contracts are run effectively.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and yearly contract reviews, preparing and presenting performance reports
- Ensure new and current contracts deliver a service that aligns with the company’s core values, vision and business strategy
- Work with the Operational Team Leader to monitor and co-ordinate health and safety actions and procedures across all of the department’s contracts.
- Ensure that all electronic spread sheets in relation to PPM schedules and tender dates are updated.
- Source and review the departmental suppliers ensuring that best value for money is being obtained and that their health and safety obligations met.
- Complete an annual contractor review recommending areas for development.
- Actively seek feedback from end users to ensure that their needs are met through the contracts managed
- Continually look for ways to improve the contracts in place
