We are currently working with a market leading, rapidly growing organisation who are looking for a Social Media Administrator to join their offices in Harlow, Essex. This is a varied role that will suit someone who is keen to get involved in lots of different areas of a business.

In this role you will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will also be entitled to the following benefits:

Responsibilities include:
- Management of all social media platforms including; creation of accounts, engagement with followers, creating attractive content, advertising products and services, providing company updates.
- Assist external party in maintenance of website and updating of news, events and other information.
- Act as first point of contact all incoming enquiries on behalf of the business.
- Monitor inbox and handle all queries in agreed timeframe.
- General administrative duties such as filing, faxing and distributing post.
- Support all other departments with any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Assisting external party with the production of all marketing and business development materials.
- Production and emailing of news alerts.
- Liaising closely with Business Development team to analyse data and reporting trends.
Skills and Experience
- Previous administrative experience desirable
- Interest or experience of managing social media pages previously
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to be both a team player and able to work unaided using own initiative
- Keen to learn and take on responsibility
- Excellent attention to detail
