As an Account Manager you will manage your own portfolio of elite clients through regular contact and will create and manage long-term, trusting relationships. You will collaboratively work with internal departments to ensure the best possible service for your clients.
Role:
Look after a handful of specification focussed accounts
Handle phone and email enquires promptly and with excellent customer service
Processing sales orders
Maximise clients spend
Reporting KPIs and sales targets
Ensure internal systems are updated with correct details
Liaising internal departments to ensure goods are on track
Managing orders and large projects
Take responsibilities for the successful delivery of orders to customers
Managing complaints
Visit customers or sites to attend meetings when necessary
