This is an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Executive to join a large successful and progressive organisation as a key member of the Marketing Team. The role will involve supporting the business in planning, delivering and assessing a variety of marketing activities. Working with the Marketing Manager and Client Services Directors, the Marketing Executive will seek out new events that will help the business raise awareness of the service we offer, along with other marketing activities which can raise brand awareness and generate leads.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop event strategies for the business and assist with the development of event business cases
- Work closely with Client Services Directors to plan and execute campaigns and events, supporting the client services team as required
- Chair event meetings
- Develop, produce and deliver projects from concept through to delivery
- Support with the in-house design and production of artwork/images for marketing materials such as flyers, brochures and other marketing related collateral
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
- Interacting with clients at events to foster and develop client relationships
- Analyse, evaluate and report on event campaigns
- Track online activities and marking campaigns and monitor competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
- Support with the company intranet, including strategy, training and content management
- Support and assist the Marketing Manager with marketing requests from other departments/businesses
Other duties and responsibilities
- Travel and overnight stays across the UK for event purposes will be required
- Purchasing promotional items
- Website content management when required
- Working closely with other departments on producing collateral for the business and events
- Maintain internal and external relationships with key business stakeholders and clients and generate leads.

- Must be an excellent planner and organiser with the ability to manage multiple work streams
- Ability to create and build relationships with colleagues, clients and customers
- Superior verbal and written communication skills including negotiation and presentation
- Creative thinker
- Problem solver who remains calm under pressure and can multi-task
- Ability to assess, decide and take action without supervision

- Degree or marketing qualification
