I have a new opportunity available for an Operational Support Coordinator for our reputable and well regarded client based in Harlow.
The successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar role. Knowledge of logistics and a good administrative capability are essential for this position, along with good organisational skills.
The working hours for this role are 8:45am – 5:15pm, Monday to Friday.

Field Team Support:
• Carrying out all functions relating to the management of the Field Team's schedule and associated logistical requirements to free assessors to deliver assessments to customers to best effect.
• Managing logistical arrangements will include planning and organising visits, accommodation and travel bookings, producing appointment letters and keeping departmental records up to date. Dealing with logistical challenges that may arise.
Operational Support:
• Carrying out a range of ancillary functions designed to keep Advisors free for considering customer applications such as referring customers to our external service providers
• Providing general administrative support to the department such as fulfilling requests, data cleansing, filing and ad hoc duties as required.
• In accordance with strict controls, you will operate with a restricted financial sign-off to process customers.
• Ad hoc duties as required.
Customer Service:
• You will provide an impressive level of service in line with company and departmental principles and standards.
Eligibility Checking
• Providing support/cover when required to the Eligibility team, including;
• Ensuring applicants receive the correct award and that they have at least 12 months’ allowance when they placed the application
• Checking details of applicants and any legal appointee
• Requesting information to check some applications by either telephone or email (majority checked via systems)
• Processing checks by approving or rejecting applications with appropriate reason or comments
• Handling telephone calls and requests/enquiries received by email
• Ad-hoc duties as required
