Mosaic Recruitment are excited to be working with a growing family run business based in Waltham Abbey.
We are looking for an organised individual that can take ownership of their work, provide administrative support to a small team and naturally integrate into the business. As this is a small business you will take on many different duties so your own initiative and flexibility is key.
Duties will include:
- Stock Controller responsibilities; include tracking shipments, overseeing inventory audits and maintaining reports of purchases and pricing.
- Liaise with Management and Operational staff to ensure accuracy of received and despatched loads and amend and rework accordingly.
- Increase profitability and effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products.
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock (OOS).
- Enter purchase details (vendor’s information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.
- Manage and coordinate client purchase orders with logistics.
- Track shipments and address any delays.
- Coordinate monthly inventory audits.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions).
- General administrative duties.
Ideally the successful candidate will have a good understanding of supply chain procedures, have excellent organisation and communications skills with the ability to negotiate.
