We currently have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic organisation as a Learning and Development Manager. Due to rapid growth, my exciting and dynamic client is looking for an experienced Trainer to further develop and grow the business and its people.
The successful candidate will have lots of energy and be full of innovative ideas on how to implement and deliver strategy. You will be passionate about people and the development of talent as well as confidence and great at building trust and rapport with staff and managers alike!
You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm and be eligible for the following benefits:

Key Responsibility:Assist the Head of Functions with the design and delivery of internal training and development solutions. You will work collaboratively to internalise training and development to establish best practice.
Duties:
- To create, deliver, maintain and develop training courses and activities in line with the People Development strategic plan
- Support ongoing development, discovery and follow-up activities associated with training programmes
- Support, embed and drive the performance management framework
- Support Head of Functions with day to day employee growth
- Create a cohesive plan for combining all training regardless of type. For example; product, legislation, people or market
- Carry out audits to ascertain best practice and priority areas
- Benchmark and research competitor and industry trends
- Consistently follow and comply with all company guidelines and policies
- Network both internally and externally to promote and enhance communication
- Support all culture changes and react accordingly
Previous Experience and Competencies:
- Experience in Learning and Development preferable
- Five or more years’ experience of providing training
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical approach with excellent attention to detail
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Creative, strategic and business mindset
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Relevant degree of CIPD desirable but not essential
- Experience of e-learning and/or blended solutions desirable but not essential
