I have a new and challenging opportunity that has become available for our client who are based in Harlow.
This is a temporary role initially but for the right candidate could be made permanent.
The working hours are 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be confident in working in a fast paced and challenging environment and have good administration and organisation skills.
My client are looking for someone to start the week commencing the 10th September so you must be available to start next week.
- Making phone calls to clients to arrange delivery of equipment that has been purchased, service calls
- Making phone calls to suppliers to check on stock availability and delivery timescales.
- Handling general enquiries on orders & deliveries.
- Preparing delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Checking documents and correspondence relating to sold goods, creating delivery notes, advice notes and quotations.
- Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages.
- Checking and entering data on our internal data base relating to Stock
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Monitoring and ordering stock
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of relevant software applications including MS Office and internet
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good numeracy and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge and experience of administrative procedures
- Ability to prioritise work and adhere to deadlines
