We are currently working in partnership with a successful Motor Insurance company who are expanding rapidly.
This lively Motor Insurance Company are seeking driven and persuasive candidates for this sales role in their rapidly expanding Bishop's Stortford offices. They offer a fun and friendly working environment and the chance to earn bonuses, of up to £500 per month, by reaching realistic targets.

The company's policy is to promote from within and, therefore, provides excellent opportunities for career progression. Your aim will be to convert online enquiries into long-term customers. Calls are 90% inbound, 10% outbound but all warm leads or arranged call-backs.
No experience is necessary as full training and ongoing support will be provided, and NO COLD CALLING!
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm (You are paid extra for Saturdays).
