As a Customer Service Advisor your main responsibility will be answering incoming customer calls and responding to general enquiries. There is NO cold calling involved in this position! 

Duties:

• Taking inbound calls from customers
• Quoting changes on policies
• Processing payments
• Responding to emails
• Contacting customers for updates regarding their policies

Initially you will undergo training with a group of other new starters and, from then on, you will be given full support throughout your career in this nurturing company.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm and alternate Saturdays 9:00am - 2:00pm (You are paid extra for Saturdays).
