We are looking for an experienced and commercial Data Analyst to provide MI support, analysis and recommendations to the business in order to influence commercial decisions and business strategy.
You will need to have previous experience within a similar environment, have advanced Excel skills, SQL experience as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Devise and analyse MI reports to identify ways to improve customer proposition, policies and processes
Produce robust analysis and MI to inform and influence commercial decision making and business strategy
Monitor key performance measures and produce regular reporting packs and MI dashboards
Using CRM systems to produce real-time performance dashboards in order for teams to manage workloads and performance
Produce clear and concise presentations that communicate complicated data analysis and findings to non-technical audiences
Generate insights through exploratory analysis
Identify ways of improving MI systems and making processes more efficient
