Mosaic Recruitment are excited to be working with a small growing company based in Sawbridgeworth.
We are looking for an organised individual that can take ownership of their work, provide administrative support to the team and integrate into the business. As this is a small business you will take on many different duties and be willing to give it your all.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Providing administrative support to team members as required
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the services provided and have the confidence to provide advice to each individual client.
- Answering calls and giving an exceptional level of customer service
- Convert enquiries into booked jobs
- Dealing with queries from new or existing clients
- Follow up on all leads
- Planning/scheduling appointments with relevant individual
- Supporting with reports, updating spreadsheets and document scanning/filing
- Taking payments and invoicing
- Ordering stationary/supplies
- Other duties as and when required
The successful candidate will have:
- Have an excellent eye for detail and a flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a high degree of professionalism
- Experience of Microsoft packages
- Sage or QuickBooks would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and also in a team environment
The hours are flexible in this position and we will consider part and full time applications and the salary will be pro-rata to reflect this.
