Description

A fantastic client of ours who are well-known within their industry are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to join their team.  

You will work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm. Our client can offer you a starting salary of £17,000 - £18,000 per annum.

Responsibilities of the Administrator

  • To maintain the appearance and content of company website
  • Produce and edit information in a clear format to be featured online
  • Act as first point of contact for the department via telephone and email
  • Assist in resolving web queries in an efficient manner
  • Working to deadline and budget, organise and action the production of web pages and materials
  • Ensure schedule in place for web updates when not in office
  • Maintain web content such as company news and product updates
  • Ensure changes are made efficiently and to deadlines
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Developing brand awareness and making recommendations on how to improve web functionality
  • Provide full administrative support to the team

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ in an Administration role
  • Experienced in working to tight deadlines
  • Computer literate and familiar with databases
