I have a fantastic opportunity for my client in Bishop’s Stortford who I am working with on an exclusive basis.

They are looking for a confident Account Manager who will be able to deal with existing clients, being the first point of contact and ensuring that you are delivering a high level of service, whilst gaining repeat business.

You will need to have excellent customer service and telephone manner, be able to deal with queries quickly and efficiently along with good administration, accuracy and attention to detail.

If you are successful after the probation period you would also be eligible for the company bonus scheme.

Responsibilities of the Account Manager;

• Support External Account Manager
• Responsible for the Account Management of Suppliers within your region.
• Maintaining internal database
• Dealing with Supplier enquiries
• Chasing leads and providing an accurate forecast for the area
