We are looking for an Insurance Claims Advisor to join our well-established and fast growing client based in Harlow, Essex. They are looking for an experienced customer service to join their busy and expanding department.
The working hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday as well as working the hours of 9:00am - 1:00pm one in three Saturdays.
You will be provided with full training and there are exciting opportunities to grow and progress within the company.Responsibilities of Claims Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:
- Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of products
- Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and online
- Maintain company service levels
- Provide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely information
- Provide professional and friendly service
- Complaint handling and resolving swiftly in a professional manner
- Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request
- Assisting customers via Live Chat so the ability to multi-task is important
Knowledge and Skills
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent customer service skills either in an office or retail environment
- A high level of literacy
- A high level of numeracy
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Basic knowledge of PC skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience of Live Chat / Web Chat a bonus
- The ability to work effectively under pressure
- The ability to effectively prioritise work load
