We have a fantastic opportunity for a fully CIPD HR Professional to join a well-established company based in Hertford on a 12 month FTC covering Maternity.
Reporting to the Head of HR you will act as HRBP to the business and play a pivotal role in the people strategy and support the overall aims of the business agenda. You will work on key HR initiative to support the operational day to day HR focus.
This interesting and varied role will involve the management of Employee Relations issues, Training and Development, Succession Planning and Organisational Design & Development, ensuring excellent Employee Engagement is maintained, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with people at all levels.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with sound expertise as a proficient HR generalist. Ideally you will have experience of both blue and white collar environments with strong organisational and analytical skills as well as keen attention to detail. You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
