We are currently looking for a proactive, confident and driven individual to join a very well-established company based in Hatfield.
They can offer you a salary of up to £25,000 dependent on salary and additional OTE of up to £8,000 per annum. You will work the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday and they can provide you with some excellent benefits.
Using your individual style and personality you will generate new business through proactive calls to both prospective and lapsed clients on an existing database. Additionally, you will maintain contact with current clients. All the sales will be B2B within the UK and you will be backed by a major brand and its products.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by calling through prospect and lapsed customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular sales calls and contact.
- Achieve & exceed sales targets and KPI's set
- Have regular contact with customers via the telephone and email
- Increase the number of trading customers
- Increase customer spending frequency
- Prospect new clients through warm / cold calling / fully profile each client
- Build up knowledge and sell full product range - upselling on all jobs
- Ensure the customer database is maintained
- Process customer quotes and orders
- Assist with customer service where necessary
- Work closely with the external sales to develop geographical area
- Answer any customer queries
- Understand and comply with all relevant company policies
Personal Specification:
- Proactive telephone sales experience is essential
- IT Literate and competent user of all Microsoft packages
- Personal attributes: self-motivated, driven, methodical, personable and resourceful
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management
- Ability to use own initiative
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
