A fast-paced and creative client of ours based in Hertford are currently recruiting for an Account Executive and Senior Account Manager. 

The ideal candidate will have a real creative flair and be idea generating. Responsibilities of Account Executive/Account Manager

Reporting into the Account Director you will be commercially focused, with strong content strategy background but equally adept at working with and developing accounts. You will lead one of the clients key accounts. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Form strong and successful working relationships with key accounts
• Demonstrate results and effectiveness to clients on a continuous basis
• Responsible for managing the full process from the initial brief to the final delivery, this includes setting and managing timelines and budgets
• A good commercial understanding to identify and drive new business opportunities
• Help compile reporting to clients - updating them of status, results and future opportunities
• Work in partnership with the creative department 
• Manage up to two Account Executives - provide training, support and great team environment 
• Maintain accurate time sheets on behalf of the team 
• Produce and negotiate quotes 
• Actively follow new leads, generate new ideas to convert new business

Key Skills and Attributes of Candidate: 

• 2+ years of similar experience is advantageous
• Flexible in working approach 
• Previous managerial experience is essential 
• Project management experience 
• Dynamic and confident character 
• Driver
