An exciting opportunity to join an expanding family run business supplying fresh produce to retailers and the food industry, working with local, national and international growers
My client is looking to hire an ambitious Customer Accounts Manager to work closely with one of their largest client chains.
You will be based in Waltham Cross and there will be occasional travel required.
You would be working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday and in return will be offered a competitive salary and benefits.
Customer Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your account.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Overseeing sign up of new suppliers.
- Maintaining and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
- Arranging frequent catch ups and updates with customers.
- Sending daily load plans.
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly / monthly / quarterly initiatives.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Liaising with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
- Weekly travel / visiting customers, suppliers.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
- Excellent IT skills, advanced Excel level is desirable.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
