I am currently working on a Internal Recruitment Team Leader role for one of my favourite clients based in Hertford. I am looking for a candidate who has a positive attitude, infectious enthusiasm and a drive to push a team forward, excelling in their performance, with previous experience as an internal recruiter.
The company is extremely fast paced, dealing with high volumes of internal recruitment for campaigns, so you will need to be organised and confident with a positive approach to change.
Breif of the role
As a Divisional Internal Recruitment Team Leader, you will be the lead on permanent and temporary resourcing campaign needs, alongside our client partners. This will entail briefings with the client development team on all new roles, defining expectations and briefing this out to the talent team, ensuring a robust process for identifying talent in line with core requirements.
The Internal Recruitment Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring daily activity and forecasting to achieve the desired target. This will include the review and implementation of new initiatives to ensure progress while communicating the plan of activity in a clear and concise manner.

Areas of Responsibility
- Providing accurate reports to your head of department and to the client team
- Manage and implement a plan of activity based on divisional requirements
- Understand briefing from client development team and ensure information cascade to the team
- Playing a pivotal role in meetings and conference calls, providing initiative and insight
- Communicate clear instruction to team members
- Manage the flow of day-to-day divisional operations
- Create reports to update head of practice and field team members on the team’s progress
- Ensuring frequent communication with the client development teams to provide progress updates, highlight any challenges and manage client expectations
- Using insight to manage team activity and working pattern rota to achieve efficiency over working hours
- Develop a route to market plan that the team will use to reach its target
- Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are provided is being put into use, and to see if any additional training is needed and communicate to director
- Achieving personal KPI and driving team member KPI’s
- Having a thorough knowledge of your division and wider team
- Collate, review and create divisional reports which demonstrate challenges, positives, new initiatives and new ways of working.
- Ensuring that all team members are adhering to all internal processes and ensuring the completion of the HR compliance process against all candidates
