A well-known client of ours based in Hatfield is looking for a Telemarketer to join their internal sales team on temporary basis until March 2018.

You will work the hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday with a salary of £9.00 per hour.

The role of the telemarketer and researcher is to assist in researching companies and contacts to target for new revenue and to use web searches and other techniques to obtain key information and then pick-up the phone to speak with leads and ‘qualify’ if an opportunity exists. If yes, then the lead is to be passed on to the appropriate member of the Sales Team.

Main Responsibilities

1. Reviewing lists of enquiries and populating any missing data through various research techniques: Google searches; LinkedIn searches; and other sources

2. Uploading lists to the system and completing missing data

3. Recording and tracking activity in the system

4. Calling contacts to establish their level of interest and processing the lead while following sales scripts to keep messaging consistent

6. Running regular team reports for weekly conference calls and monthly review meetings

Necessary Skills

Experience in cold calling and confident over the phone

Experience in using CRM systems

Confident user of IT systems

Confident user of all main Microsoft software
