This established and successful  Bishop's Stortford company are seeking outgoing and confident candidates to work as part of their Customer Service team.

Key duties:

• Taking inbound calls from customers
• Quoting changes on policies
• Processing payments
• Responding to emails
• Contacting customers for updates regarding their policies

The role is mainly phone based with the odd customer popping into the office. There is even the chance (if you want to) to attend car shows which you will be paid extra for.

They also offer the chance to earn a performance bonus each month up to £250.00 and run inter- department competitions for the opportunity to win great prizes such as: track days, shopping vouchers and dinner on the company.

Hours

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm or 10:00am – 7:00pm (depending on department) and alternate Saturdays 9:00am – 2:00pm (you are paid extra for Saturdays)

25 days holiday which will increase to 31 for long standing employees (not including bank holidays).
