They are looking for a confident and personable Customer Service Advisor for their contact centre who will demonstrate excellent customer service and be an ambassador for the company.
The Role:
To deal with inbound and outbound calls whilst providing good customer service at all times. Respond to customers queries efficiently and to a positive conclusion.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing contact centre calls efficiently
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing customer queries efficiently
- Attend training as and when required to maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure a positive conclusion to the customers query.
- Maintaining a professional telephone manner at all times
- Giving customers information relating to our products, prices and services.
- Maximising all order taking opportunities
- Dealing with the processing or customer order at the various stages within our system
- General office duties
- Maybe required to do Call Before Sending, Held for Credit
- Handling customer back orders
- Updating overdue goods returned by customer
- Completing and updating quotations
- Maybe required to log into Live Chat
- Maybe Booking warranty repairs
- Responding to customer emails

Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 5 days a week on the following shifts pattern:
Monday to Friday;
7:45am – 5pm (5 weekdays)
7:45am – 5pm (4 weekdays including Saturday)
10:45am – 8pm (weekdays)
