A client of ours is currently looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their lively office in Harlow, Essex.
They can offer you a competitive basic salary of up to £24,000 OTE. Full training will be provided so experience is not a necessity.
The Internal Sales Executive is responsible for the generation and development of new customers. You will identify potential customers and build strong relationships, ensuring business growth to maximise profit.
Duties:
- Use company database to source new business and build strong relationships
- Research websites, media, LinkedIn and exhibition data to source new business
- Handle all incoming enquiries with regards to new business
- Liaise with suppliers and factories to ensure delivery of product within allocated timeframe
- Check drawings and quotes prior to being sent to clients
- Order and send samples to customers as requested
- Follow-up on all quotations and samples sent – gain feedback
- Work to assigned targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Administration to record and follow up any customer activity
- Introduce Field Sales Representative into customer base and work together to increase customer visits
- Create, negotiate and close agreements
Key Skills:- Confident to work on own initiative and motivated to achieve individual and group targets
- Outgoing personality – not afraid to get stuck in and confident over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
